ZAKRES USŁUG
We cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet on a 6 kW Bystronic fiber laser, ensuring exceptional accuracy, cutting speed and edge quality. Tubes and closed profiles up to 6500 mm in length are cut on a 3D BLM laser with zero thermal distortion — guaranteeing precision even in high-volume runs of complex parts.
Sheet metal bending of varying thicknesses and complex geometries on CNC-controlled AMADA press brakes. Fast part programming and advanced beam crowning compensation guarantee perfect accuracy even in long production runs.
MIG, TIG and laser welding — both manual, performed by certified welders, and automated on YASKAWA robotic welding stations. Consistent weld quality regardless of batch size.
In-house powder coating facility with 5 Gema application booths and 4 curing ovens of various sizes. We handle parts up to 8 metres long across the full RAL colour palette — from small components to large-format structures.
